Our Leadership Team

Kyndi

I believe that the smallest acts really can make the biggest difference. Something small may not change the whole world, however it can be life changing for an individual. A smile can reassure someone they aren’t alone. A meal can get a family by for one more day. Sometimes, it costs nothing to help someone else. If I am able to help even just one person, and that one person can help one person, and so on, together, we can create a butterfly effect of kindness and make big changes. I choose love over hate. I choose Kindness.

Kylie

My name is Kylie. I grew up in a small town where everyone looked out for each other. I am now a mother of four and I believe in showing my children the importance of spreading love and kindness to everyone, in all situations. It makes my heart happy to be a part of such a wonderful organization that's main purpose is to spread kindness in our community. 

Jacob

My name is Jacob. Although I didn't start with the charity when it was created, I am all in now! I am a 32 year old father with our 4th child on the way. Being part of the Kindness effect is important to me because it has taught me to be kind and has given me the opportunity to be an example to my children of what kindness can look like.
